Consulting

Applied R&D in perception, sensing, and decision systems.

OSAT is hired to design, train, and integrate machine-intelligence systems for U.S. industry and government. Typical work is a technical study, a prototype on your data, or a fusion layer on systems you already operate — in computer vision and autonomy, remote sensing and geospatial analytics, or graph and decision methods.

01

Perception & autonomy

Machines that have to see a scene, place themselves in it, and act when the map is wrong or the signal is gone.

  • Advanced object detection and 3-D localization for dynamic environments.
  • Scene segmentation and understanding — not just boxes, but context.
  • Localization and PNT in austere, GPS-denied, or contested settings.
  • Real-time perception stacks and autonomous system support.

Sensing & the physical world

When the data is the Earth — overhead, airborne, or wide-area — the work is fusion, not dashboards.

  • Remote sensing across spectral, thermal, and radar sources.
  • Large-scale geospatial analytics and spatial intelligence.
  • Change detection, asset monitoring, and terrain understanding.

Decision systems

Problems that are not images. They are graphs: who connects to whom, what flows, where a system will break.

  • Network science and graph methods for complex, multi-actor systems.
  • Data science and advanced analytics when the dataset is large and the question is sharp.
  • Machine learning and deep learning as instruments — never as the product by themselves.

How we sell this

A program, not a staff-aug body shop.

Typical work is a defined study, a prototype that an operator can touch, or a fusion layer sitting on systems you already own. We write the technical roadmap. We stay through first fielding if you want us to.

U.S. industry and government. If the problem is classified or constrained, we will tell you what we can discuss in the open and what belongs in a controlled conversation.
